30-Day Return Policy

We accept returns within 30 days of the date your order is delivered.

To be eligible for a return, your item must:

• Be unused, unworn, and in its original condition.

• Include all original tags, accessories, and packaging.

• Be accompanied by proof of purchase (such as your order confirmation or receipt).

Returns that do not meet these conditions may not be accepted.

Return Shipping

Unless the item is defective, damaged, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

We recommend using a trackable shipping service, as we cannot guarantee receipt of returned items.

Damaged, Defective or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us within 7 days of delivery at belongsit7092@gmail.com, including your order number and photos of the issue. We will review your claim and provide an appropriate solution, such as a replacement, exchange, or refund.

Non-Returnable Items

Exchanges

European Union Customers

If your order is delivered to a country within the European Union, you have the legal right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing any reason.

To qualify, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and returned with all original packaging and proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you by email regarding the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days.
